Every review of PH Med sits on our Google Business Profile, where we cannot edit or filter it. That is deliberate. A practice that curates its own testimonials is showing you the reviews it chose; a Google profile shows you the ones it got.
The themes people return to are consistent: that Dr. Bui performs the assessment and the treatment herself rather than delegating; that imaging is used where it changes the decision rather than as a selling point; and that patients are told when they do not need what they came in asking for.
A perfect average across a hundred-plus reviews usually means one of two things: a practice that asks selectively, or one where the experience is consistent. The honest way to judge is to read what people describe rather than what they scored. Look for whether they mention being turned down for something, or being given a plan that started smaller than they expected. Those are the reviews that tell you how a practice decides.
